a comprehensive, third-party report on the credit
card industry. The Credit Card Monitor
Report, published by leading market research firm
Corporate Insight, named Discover “Best in Class”
for its fraud information and protection services,
based on the excellence and accessibility of its
online fraud protection center and identity protection
tools. The results of the report underscore the
consistent third-party recognition Discover has
received for excellence in fraud protection services,
including its top listing in 2005 by Javelin Strategy
& Research. “Consumers today are
using their credit cards more than cash or checks
– and with that comes their need for complete
