Discover Financial Services Names Goodby, Silverstein & Partners as New Agency of Record

Riverwoods, Illinois, March 23, 1999…Discover Financial Services, a business unit of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. (NYSE:MWD), announced today that Goodby, Silverstein & Partners has been named the new agency of record for creative and media planning for the Discover® Card.

"Over the past several months, we have been looking for an advertising agency that can take Discover Card to the next level.
